4. Charges & Payment Terms

Payment Terms

All invoices are due within 30 days of issue unless otherwise agreed.

Invoicing

Invoices are issued weekly for completed work unless alternative arrangements are made.

Insurance

Goods are insured up to £50,000 per vehicle, subject to standard terms and carrier conditions.

Proof of Delivery

Digital Proof of Delivery (POD) is provided for every completed delivery.

Claims

All claims are processed in accordance with the RUARING Same Day Couriers claims procedure.

Waiting Time

Waiting time is chargeable after 30 minutes at a rate of £15 per hour.

Cancellation Charges

Standard cancellation policy:

• Cancellations must be made prior to the scheduled collection time.
• Cancellations within 0–3 hours of collection incur a 100% charge.
• Cancellations more than 3 hours before collection incur a 50% charge.

Hand-balling Charges

Manual handling of goods (hand-balling) is charged at £15 per hour.

You agree to provide accurate information when booking and to ensure parcels are packaged securely. You may only use our services for legal and compliant purposes.
